Inside Brand OS

  • Messages: write to your Nömad team or ask Nödo, which answers instantly; from a Nödo chat you can pass the topic to your Brand Manager.
  • Meetings: on plans with a human Brand Manager, schedule a video call.
  • Work: any question about a delivery goes inside the piece of work itself.

Outside Brand OS

  • Support: if something is not working or you have a question about your account or an invoice. You can attach screenshots or documents. Every request gets a number and we reply by email.
  • FAQ about Nömad, Brand OS, plans and work.
  • Contact form if you do not have an account yet or prefer that we write to you.

We are based in Seville and work 100% digitally: it does not matter where you are.
