Invite your team
Add people to a brand, assign roles and decide who can request, review or approve.
Invite someone
- Open the brand and go to Team.
- Add the person's email and choose their role.
- They receive an invitation; if they have no account, they create it in the same step.
Available roles
- Owner: full control of the workspace and its brands, including people, billing, transferring ownership and closing.
- Admin: manages team, settings, connections and works.
- Billing: sees and manages plan, orders and invoices.
- Member: creates content, requests works and takes part in reviews.
- Viewer: read only.

Remove someone or leave
From Team you can remove a person's access; they can also leave on their own. Before confirming you see what happens to their tasks and connections. Full details in Leave, close or delete.
Limits by plan
Free allows 1 member, Planet 2 and Galaxy 4; Interstellar has no limit. If you manage several brands, the same people can be in all of them with different roles.
