Where you talk to your Nömad team and to Nödo, how to keep your chats in order with folders, pins and archive, who sees each one and how to pass a topic to your Brand Manager.
Messages has its own entry in each brand's menu, separate from the notices under the bell. The yellow number on the entry counts the team conversations waiting for you and the Nödo answers you have not read yet.
Conversations that belong to a piece of work (briefings, task threads) live inside that work, not here.
Conversations with your team are never deleted: archive them for yourself or mark them as resolved.
Whoever starts a chat chooses Only me or Whole brand in its header (or “Share with the brand” in the menu). Nobody else reads a private chat, the Nömad team included. A shared one can be seen by anyone who can see the brand's content.
Inside a Nödo chat, Pass to my Brand Manager asks for a note with what you need and opens a new conversation with your team, with the context of the chat. The Nödo chat links to that conversation, and the conversation shows the chat it came from. If your brand has no Brand Manager assigned yet, the topic reaches your Nömad team.
Folders, pins and the archive are used from Brand OS on the web, including your phone's browser.
