A brand lives in a workspace: the organization with its people and billing. How access, bringing brands in, transferring and closing work.
The workspace is the organization: it brings together the brands, the people and the billing details. Creating your first brand creates its workspace. The brands you create afterwards go to that same workspace; if you want one to have its own, choose New brand in a new workspace in the brand selector. You switch between brands from that same selector.
If you have brands in several workspaces, you can bring one into another from the workspace page. Orders and invoices already issued keep their payer.
The owner can transfer the workspace to someone on the team or close it with all its brands. Before confirming you see exactly what will happen. Full details in Leave, close or delete.
In your profile menu, Brands gathers every brand you have access to, with its workspace, your role, its plan and its status, and Workspaces every workspace you belong to, with its brands and people. From there you open any of them, create a new brand or workspace, and close or leave several at once.
Each account can have up to 10 active brands it created itself, and create at most 5 in an hour and 20 in a day. Closed brands and brands in the trash do not count, nor do the ones the Nömad team creates for you. If you need more, write to us and we will raise your account's limit.
Each brand gets its own invoice. By default it is issued with the workspace's billing details, and when you change them they are updated in every brand that uses them. If a brand bills another company or a different tax ID, the owner changes it on the workspace page: the brand's ⋯ menu → Billing → This brand's own. Invoices already issued do not change.
