Brand Kit and Library

Brand Kit

The official selection of your identity: main logo and variants, colours and typefaces. It is what the Nömad team uses in every piece of work and what Nödo takes into account when generating content.

1. Go to Brand Kit inside your brand.
2. Upload the logo as SVG or PNG with a transparent background.
3. Define the primary and secondary colours.
4. Add the typefaces or say which ones you use.

Your own typefaces, taken from your website

If your website uses a typeface that is not on Google Fonts, the analysis keeps its files exactly as your website serves them. In “Set up your brand” you see it in its real letters and, before it goes into the Kit, you confirm it belongs to your brand and that you may use it. Each file keeps a record of where and when it was taken and who accepted it.

Library

Every file of the brand in one place. On the left are its sections (Logos, Typefaces, Images, Icons, Product, Videos, Audio and Documents), each with its number of files and always in view, even when empty: it is also where what you upload goes. Below them, your collections, Favorites and Deleted.

• Upload: press Upload files or drag files from your computer. What you upload with a section open goes into it (a PNG in “Logos” becomes a logo).
• View and sort: choose grid or list, search by name with / and sort by newest, oldest, name or size.
• Open: click a file to see its details, whether Nödo can use it, where it is used and its versions. The arrow keys move to the next one.
• Select several: tick each file’s circle (or click with Cmd/Ctrl), use Shift to take a run and Cmd/Ctrl + A for all of them. The bar at the bottom downloads a ZIP, stars, moves to a section, adds to a collection or deletes.
• Organise by dragging: drag one or more files onto a collection to add them, or onto another section to change what they are. Inside a collection, drag to change the order.
• Versions: drop a new file onto another to save it as its new version; everything that uses it is updated and the earlier ones are kept.
• Delete: what you delete goes to Deleted; you can undo it at once or restore it for a while.

Whenever you choose a file anywhere in the app (a logo, an image for a post…), you see the same Library, with the same sections, and can upload right there. Any file can be attached to a piece of work or used in a post.

Favourites

Star the files, work and products you use most. You will find them in Settings → Favourites, each with its name and a direct link; every person sees only their own.

Limits

Each plan includes storage space and a maximum file size (for example 500 MB and 10 MB per file on Free, 5 GB and 50 MB on Galaxy). Details are in Plans and pricing.
