In Team, each person's photo has a dot: green if they are using Nömad right now, amber if they stepped away a moment ago. Hover to see how long ("Away · 12 min ago"); no dot means they are not online. Your own row says "(you)". You only see the presence of people in your brands, and they cannot see when you were last here.
From Team you can remove a person's access; they can also leave on their own. Before confirming you see what happens to their tasks and connections. Full details in Leave, close or delete.
Free allows 1 member, Planet 2 and Galaxy 4; Interstellar has no limit. If you manage several brands, the same people can be in all of them with different roles.
