When you create your account you will see a box I want to receive Nömad news. It is unticked: we only write to you if you tick it yourself. You can also turn it on or off at any time in Account › Notifications.
We keep when you gave permission, from where and the exact wording you saw. That lets us prove it and respect your choice.
At the bottom of every news email you will find Email preferences. The link opens a page of its own, with no need to sign in, where you can:
Changes apply immediately. The link is personal, so do not forward it.
Every news email also has Unsubscribe at the bottom. Gmail, Outlook and Apple Mail also show their own unsubscribe button next to the sender. Either one unsubscribes you at once, without asking you to sign in.
Unsubscribing from news does not affect your account's service emails: you will still get your sign-in code and payment notices.
I unsubscribed by mistake. Open the preference centre from any earlier email and press Subscribe, or turn it on in Account › Notifications.
I was on Nömad's old list. If you signed up to our previous list, we kept your choice. If you never gave us permission, we do not send you news until you do.
I do not want the brand setup reminders. They are service emails in the Setting up your brand category. You can turn them off in Account › Notifications, and they stop on their own as soon as you move forward.
Do you use my data for anything else? No. News is sent from a domain of Nömad's own, and we never share your email with third parties for their advertising.
