What shows up in your brand's history, who sees what and how to search it.

The history tells what happened in your brand, in plain sentences grouped by day: who created a work, who uploaded a file to the Kit, when someone joined the team or when a network was connected. You find it in Settings › Activity.
Technical movements (every automatic save, every connection check) do not show up: only what a person wants to know.
Pick a category at the top (for example Works or Team) or type in the search box to find a file, a work or a person. Press Load more to go back in time.
Can I delete an entry? No. The history is a record of what happened and is not edited.
I cannot see a change I made months ago. Before October 2026 the history also stored a lot of technical noise, which we cleaned up; the important facts (brand created, works, team) are kept.
