Notifications: how we let you know
What Nömad tells you and what it does not, the inbox, how to choose where each notice reaches you, quiet hours, the email summary and how to unsubscribe from an email.

What Nömad tells you and what it does not, the inbox, how to choose where each notice reaches you, quiet hours, the email summary and how to unsubscribe from an email.
Nömad lets you know when you have something to do or when something happens that you did not do yourself: a task is your turn, a delivery waits for your approval, someone writes to you, a payment has a problem or your access to a brand changes. We never notify you of your own actions.
Results Nödo prepares (the Genome, the questions, a calendar) do not arrive as notices: you see them as status on the screen itself, for example on the setup card or in the Genome.
The bell shows how many new notices you have. Open it to see the latest; See all opens the full inbox:
Each notice says why it reached you (for example, “you approve this work”). Mark it as read, done, snooze it or save it, and filter by type or brand. On a computer you have shortcuts: J and K to move, E for done, U for read, H to snooze and S to save.
In your account, Notifications lists each kind of notice (works and approvals, messages, posts, payments…) with three channels: in the app, push and email. Turn them on or off per kind, or open a kind to choose notice by notice.
Notice emails wait a few minutes: if you already saw it in the app, we do not send it. If someone writes several messages in a row, you get a single notice.
At the bottom of every notice email there is a link to stop getting that kind of notice by email. It only affects that kind: other emails and the app stay the same, and you can turn it back on from the same page («Resubscribe») or from Notifications. The link in the daily or weekly summary only stops the summary: your other emails keep arriving as you set them.
