Create, preview, schedule and measure posts for all your networks, and see everything in the calendar.
Each network's counter shows how many characters you have left, and the "N things to fix" pill takes you straight to whatever is missing before you publish.
Write with Nödo drafts or improves the text in your brand's voice, based on your Genome.
When you click New post (in Posts, on a calendar slot or on an idea), Nömad creates a «Post» work and opens its Post task with this same editor: pick accounts, write, add images or video and choose when it goes out. The task completes on its own once the post is scheduled or published; if approval is required, it waits for the approval. If you delete the draft, the task starts again. Ideas stay free and undated: Turn into a post creates the work with the idea's text. Posts still shows everything, and every post that belongs to a work links to its task.
Under Options per network you only see what that network and your connection allow: first comment, alt text, collaborators, Threads reply control, a title for YouTube or Pinterest, or the made-with-AI label.
If your brand requires approval, the main button becomes Request approval: your reviewers get notified and, once they approve, the post goes out on time. Shortcuts: ⌘ ↵ to schedule and ⌘ S to save the draft.
Once you schedule, publish now or request approval, Nömad takes you to the post's page, where you watch it go out; the button stays locked while it sends, so nothing is published twice. To change a post that hasn't gone out yet, click Edit on its page.
Tabs organize everything you have: Queue (scheduled, grouped by day), Drafts, In review, Approved (approved but still needing a time), Sent (with reach, likes and comments), Needs attention and Deleted. Sent also includes posts you published outside Nömad, from the network's own app or another tool: they carry the Published outside Nömad label, their metrics and an Open on button for the network. The avatars at the top filter by account. Each card shows the accounts in their status colour: green published, amber scheduled or sending, red with a problem and grey draft.
Open a post to see its preview per network and, for each account, its step-by-step history: created, sent for review, scheduled and published (or why it didn't go out, with Retry). From there you can open it on the network, see its metrics and their trend, duplicate it, cancel it or delete it from the network. You also get approvals, team or client comments and a history of who did what.
You can delete a post from Facebook, Threads, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, Pinterest, Bluesky and Instagram (with the full connection) without leaving Nömad. If you delete it directly on the network, Nömad notices within a few hours and marks it Deleted outside Nömad, under the Deleted tab. More in Connections.
Every date for your brand in one place: posts, works, meetings and key dates. Posts sit at their real time, with a thumbnail, the network icon and a status colour. Drag them to change the time, click an empty slot to create a post right then and, for Instagram, see your profile grid with what's scheduled and what's already live. When you connect an account we import your posts from the last 90 days so the calendar also shows your history.
Works with several posts, like a content plan or a campaign, can have an Editorial plan task. First, the weekly rhythm: what goes out each day, on which network and in which format. It is kept with your plan and repeats every month. Then the month: the rhythm over the real month, already adjusted to cover gaps, offers and dates.
Drag a post to move it, or open it to change its day, time, network, format or idea. See the rhythm unadjusted undoes the adjustment and Balance with Nödo suggests changes you see before applying them. When you approve the month, every post gets its date, network, format and idea and shows on the calendar as a draft; nothing is published until it is scheduled in its task.
Every post is a work and names itself from what you write: "Instagram Reel · Autumn collection launch", or "Post · …" when it goes out on several networks. To pin another one, type it in Title (optional), above the editor; clear it and the automatic one comes back. YouTube and Pinterest use that title. Next to the title you always see the product it comes from, also in the Posts list and the calendar, and you can search by it.
Nödo, and the AI apps you connect through MCP, can propose posts for several networks at once and ask for review, but they never publish on their own: a person on your team always decides.
Save loose ideas and turn them into posts whenever you like. Plans include idea generations and monthly content proposals; Galaxy adds images and carousels. Human pieces from the catalogue, like a reel or a post pack, arrive as works with their delivery.
