When the Nömad team prepares a proposal for you, it arrives by email from admin@nomad.ooo (or your account team's address) with the PDF attached and a View quote button. You need no account: the link is yours alone.

View and download

  1. Press View quote. The whole document opens, just like the PDF: what each line includes, the amounts, VAT and, if any, the monthly fees.
  2. Press Download PDF to keep it or share it with your team.

Choose options

Some lines may appear as optional. In the Options panel, tick the ones you want: the total and the document update at once.

Accept or decline

  • Accept: type your name, leave a comment if you like and confirm you have read the terms. It is recorded with the date and the team is told right away so they can get started.
  • Decline: if you tell us why, we can prepare another proposal.

Validity

Every quote says how long it is valid. After that date it can no longer be accepted from the link: reply to the email and we will update it.

Reply to the email you received it with: it reaches the person who runs your account.
